All products supplied and delivered by SPPD COME WITH A FULL MANUFACTURES WARRANTY(please remember you must fill out the Wtty cards supplied bu the Manufacturer send back and retain your portion,failure to do this may result in problems confirming period of wtty).

All products delivered and paid for will include frieght and insurance unless otherwise directed by the purchaser (in the situation where the purchaser picks up the goods when the product leave the premises of the manufacturer insurance becomes the resposibility of the purchaser.

Refund Policy

If Goods are received in a damaged state or are not what the customer ordered SPPD will endeavour to replace the stated goods within 14 days from receipt of the damage or incorrectly delivered goods as long as replacement goods are in stock and both SPPD and the Manufacturer were notified within 24hrs of delivery to the customer , in both sets of circumstances the customer will not be asked to pay the frieght to return the goods and the frieght to return another set of goods.
